Cattail Lane

Using the original wood lined walls as the backdrop for a Mid Century makeover, this typical mountain cabin stands out from the rest. A busy couple from Chicago, purchased their first investment property with stunning mountain views, and wanted to add their own modern taste to the property. The prominent design feature became the double sided fireplace that replaced a clunky gray mass of stone. The space is defined by iconic modern furniture, clean lines, and vintage style. It’s both functional as a family gathering space and vacation rental.
